Respect of confidentiality

GETC is committed to the strictest respect of confidentiality as part of its training, studies and consulting services. As such, GETC ensures you to:

• Respect and make respect by his consultants the rules of the law of professional secrecy
• Consider as confidential the information that is voluntarily transmitted to him
• Limit access to this information only to its consultants who must have access to it to perform the service
• Do not disseminate or duplicate, except for internal use, any document mentioning all or part of such information
• Do not file or cause to be filed, on his behalf or on behalf of third parties, any application for an Industrial Property title protecting and / or mentioning such information
• And in general, to refrain from any action that could harm the protection of confidential information.
